Ascend Learning Collective (ALC) was founded by three psychologists with one shared frustration: professional learning experiences that waste your time and miss the point.
Together, we bring 60+ years of experience in psychology, behavior analysis, education systems, and leadership, we set out to build the kind of continuing education we always wanted - clear, evidence-based, community-driven, and actually enjoyable.
